Ruhamah Water is a small beverage manufacturer producing bottled water and juice products, led by owner Phuti.
As one of the enterprises currently supported through the Phakamisa Group Development Trust, Ruhamah Water reflects what Enterprise Development looks like when it responds to a business's real, day-to-day challenges: from a critical site relocation to the financial and marketing support needed to grow.
A growing beverage business needs stable premises, a strong brand, and steady cash flow to scale. Through the Trust and partnering with AIF Development Partners, Phakamisa Group has worked with Ruhamah Water to navigate a major shop relocation, rebuild its brand identity, and manage the financial pressures of growth; so the business could stay focused on producing and selling great products to her customers.

- Supported the transition to 7-day trading to help maximise revenue.
- Designed and installed new shop signage, wall banners, and event branding, including gazebos and flags, to drive foot traffic.
- Delivered large-scale marketing collateral, including thousands of flyers and redesigned product labels across multiple variants, to match the new brand identity.
- Provided consecutive salary subsidies to ease cash flow through the relocation and growth period.
- Delivered ongoing coaching on cost control and overhead management to protect profit margins.
- Supported procurement and stock management for key raw materials, including juice concentrate.
- Assisted with the integration of CRM tools to strengthen daily operations.
- Arranged specialised training, including a processing techniques course and financial training for team members.
- Provided HR support, including guidance on team management and structuring a new junior shop assistant role.
- Co-ordinated a full shop relocation, including correspondence, managing obstacles associated with the move, and conducting site visits to establish a clear operational reality and layout, lease review, and cost negotiation, to secure sustainable new premises.
